Product & Use
How do I clean the products?
Please always follow the care instructions on the label or packaging. Foam cores should generally not be machine washed or tumble dried. Covers are usually washable at low temperatures.
Can I wash the covers?
Yes, most covers are removable and washable. You can find detailed care instructions on the label of your product.
How do I use the products correctly?
Using our products is straightforward. Please refer to the instructions on the packaging. Many products also feature a QR code that will take you directly to detailed instructions or an application video.
Can I wash the foam core?
The foam core must not be put in the washing machine or dryer. Please clean it with a slightly damp cloth and mild soapy water. Always follow the instructions on the label or packaging.
How long do the products last?
The lifespan depends on usage and care. With normal use, you can expect it to last several years.
Do the products have an initial smell?
Yes, foam materials or new textiles may have a slight odor at first. This is harmless and will dissipate after a short time through airing.

Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days, and within the EU approximately 4–7 working days.

Yes, shipping within Germany is free. Additional costs may apply for deliveries abroad.
